As a ministry of the Archdiocese of New Orleans, Catholic Counseling Service was created to provide affordable quality counseling to support our local community.  Catholic Counseling Service upholds the values and principles of our Catholic faith, such as respecting the life and dignity of all people, the sacramental nature of marriage, and the importance of family life.

Now more than ever, our families need quality care and prayerful support to navigate our complex and diverse world.  The demands of life can put damaging stress on individuals, families, and couples discerning marriage.  Our desire is to be an extension of your parish's ministry and outreach by providing an opportunity for growth and healthy change through counseling that is supportive to our clients' spiritual life.

We are currently offering counseling in three locations: New Orleans, Northshore, and LaPlace.  The cost of counseling is made affordable to all families by using a sliding scale on a financial needs basis; however, we are still able to provide services even if someone is unable to afford sessions.
