The St. Ann Parish Pastoral Council is a consultative body of parishioners, consisting of eleven members—9 selected for three-year terms by discernment process; two appointed by and who serve at the discretion of the Pastor—and 5 ex-officio members. The Council, serving in a consultative capacity, meets monthly with the Pastor and ex-officio members to discuss issues and to make recommendations to assist the Pastor and the pastoral staff in carrying out the mission of St. Ann Parish, the Archdiocese of New Orleans, and the Church.

On Sunday, August 13, 2023, Fr. Billy installed the new Pastoral Council for 2023 - 2024.
